Welcome to today’s instalment of ‘Messages From My Sister: 9/11 – A September Conversation’.

Yesterday’s instalment covered the ‘Whos’, the ‘Whys’ and 7/7. Today, I look at the events that occurred that fateful day over 14 years ago.

Conversation with my Sister, 15th September 2013: 911 – Excerpt Three

Q: Back to 9-11. Was the first plane (one hitting the North Tower) a commercial jet? Was the second plane a military jet? Was there any military involvement in the events of that day at all?
A: No – the first jet was a private jet. The second one was a military jet, armed with missiles. THIS WAS NOT A US MILITARY JET… these people have their own private armies – paid mercenaries with their own jets. Appropriated ex-military stock, so to speak.

I am certain that anyone who reads this will agree that these responses are deeply disturbing in nature. Private jets? A mercenary hit job undertaken with appropriated ex-military stock?

Whilst my knowledge of military operations is woefully inadequate, I do understand enough about the workings of local and national governmental organisations to comprehend that there are shadow organisations that run in tandem with the ‘official’ organisation. The Shadow Governments are widely acknowledged to be the real power brokers – the Bloodline Families with more money than sense, the Civil Servants who remain in situ whilst the public faces of power change every few years, along with the greedy bankers who unscrupulously fund both sides of various disputes, be they the occasional neighbourhood skirmishes to international wars. It is widely acknowledged that the famous figureheads and royal families have their own personal bodyguards. Why shouldn’t there be a shadow military that lurks beneath its more public cousin?

During past conversations, my Sister has strongly implied that the special elite wings of military establishments (examples she quoted were the US’ Navy Seals and the UK’s S.A.S.) could be deemed as the personal army of the Elite, citing the S.A.S.’s admitted presence in Paris on the night of the late Princess Diana’s death as an example of the kind of work they become involved with. Whilst there are the highest levels of secrecy surrounding the identities and the operations of these elite squadrons, they are publicly renowned and their operations detailed in various books, mainly in the guise of fictionalised accounts (see Andy McNab as an example of this genre of work).

But what if there are secret armies, mercenaries who are paid to carry out the dirty work of those with nefarious agendae, for those wishing to help particular organisations maintain a hideously squeaky clean front to an unsuspecting public?

Returning to John Pilger’s incredible December 16th 2002 article ‘A New Pearl Harbour‘, he states the following:

In the Los Angeles Times, the military analyst William Arkin describes a secret army set up by Donald Rumsfeld, similar to those run by Richard Nixon and Henry Kissinger and which Congress outlawed. This “super-intelligence support activity” will bring together the “CIA and military covert action, information warfare, and deception”. According to a classified document prepared for Rumsfeld, the new organisation, known by its Orwellian moniker as the Proactive Pre-emptive Operations Group, or P2OG, will provoke terrorist attacks which would then require “counter-attack” by the United States on countries “harbouring the terrorists”.

Outlawed or just driven underground…? And are the activities of such a secret army known by its public counterpart or is such a secret army rendered invisible by way of those very activities, shielded by a cloak of subterfuge? Or are their activities controlled opposition, so to speak – are they potentially responsible for a number of activities which are deemed as enemy operations by conventional military operatives who, like the unsuspecting public, are equally being as hoodwinked by their paymasters?

Conversation with my Sister, 15th September 2013: 911 – Excerpt Four

Q: It was a missile that struck the Pentagon, wasn’t it? No fourth plane crashed? The phone calls were faked? Where were the real planes? The real passengers – what happened to them?
A: Yes, the Pentagon was hit by a missile. No fourth plane crashed outside DC. The ‘phone calls… the ones with the calls released – fake as hell. A four year old could have pulled off a better job on a computer. What happened to the real passengers? Well, all the focus was on the US. No flights were allowed in/out of the US for days. The true flights – the numbered flights of the jets that were alleged to have hit the Towers, Pentagon, etc. They were flown offshore, landing on US-owned soil on foreign lands. They landed at one of the US’ Atlantic bases. Possibly the base at the Azores. No one would know any different, they would have just thought that commercial jets were diverted for security reasons. The passengers were, to put it mildly, ‘disappeared’.

To repeat the opening paragraph of the previous excerpt, I am certain that anyone who reads this will agree that these responses are deeply disturbing in nature. No ‘planes present at either The Pentagon or Shanksville? Passengers who were still alive after the attacks but have merely disappeared off the face of the Earth?

Over the course of the past few years, I have read and listened to an immense variety of material on the subject of 9-11, especially moreso since becoming a host at FreedomSlips Revolution Radio – a Station that, like many others, tirelessly seeks to uncover the truth of what really happened that day.

Two of the strongest interviews on the subject have taken place during the past few months; one aired at FreedomSlips.com and hosted by my colleagues, Jim White and Jason Van Tatenhove (also known as The Liberty Brothers) and the second, hosted by Bill Ryan on his Project Avalon Channel. The interviewee was retired veteran flight attendant and purser, Rebekah Roth.

During both shows, Rebekah was interviewed about her books, ‘Methodical Illusion‘ and its sequel, ‘Methodical Deception‘. Both are fictionalised accounts of her research into the events leading up to and, the aftermath of, 9-11. Jim and Jason’s show dates back to the 13th April 2015 and Bill Ryan’s show dates back to 10th September 2015.

Both are essential listening for those who wish to hear a spirited and intelligent presentation on the subject – good, straightforward, knowledgeable, meticulously well-researched and logical:

To summarise key aspects of both interviews:

1. Comparisons of ‘plane crash sites, e.g., the debris-littered German Airwings site in the Alps compared to the scenes at Shanksville and The Pentagon;
2. Normal FCC/Aviation protocols/procedures followed by flight crews (pilots and attendants) during a hostage situation and the conversations indicating that something else was going on;
3. The ‘mechanics’ of a ‘plane crash – and speed anomalies noted on the day;

As an aside, I will admit that the first time I heard Rebekah discussing the very topics raised by my Sister over 2 years before, I broke down and wept. Uncontrollably wept.

Yes, the Pentagon was hit by a missile: almost every single material source of evidence had been confiscated by the FBI during the hours following the attack. If I also recall correctly, one independent retailer had refused to hand over footage captured by his shop’s CCTV cameras and wound up facing considerable pressure from FBI agents to relinquish what he had. Whether he did so, I am not certain (I will need to double check whether this was the case). Only one piece of blurry footage has been grudgingly released by The Pentagon to date and is readily available on You Tube. However, it is pretty evident from the still provided that the blurry projectile is NOT a passenger jet.

No fourth plane crashed outside DC: One also doesn’t require a degree in aviation engineering to ascertain that something was amiss at Shanksville. Local residents had not noticed anything unusual in the area until later in the day. The Coroner was so unimpressed by the lack of evidence available at the ‘crash’ site that he left after 20 minutes… as Rebekah states during the interviews – no wreckage, no blood, no bodies… there was absolutely nothing other than a steaming dirt hole.

The ‘phone calls… the ones with the calls released – fake as hell. A four year old could have pulled off a better job on a computer: now.. bear in mind my Sister remarked that the calls made by crew/passengers were fake. She did not remark that the callers themselves were fake. The circumstances surrounding the calls were undoubtedly fake. Her comment about four year olds being able to achieve more with the right software is my Sister’s brusque but righteous anger at the perpetrators’ sheer insulting of the human intelligence. As mentioned during the interviews, it is strongly apparent that the calls were scripted… and that very little attention was paid to timing of calls, wording and FCC protocols.

Do not doubt for a second that the callers were real. They were very real indeed.

What happened to the real passengers? Well, all the focus was on the US. No flights were allowed in/out of the US for days. At the very start of this article, I had mentioned that my Sister has returned for a few weeks. She has returned to sort out ‘some very important business’ and expressly wished for me to release this conversation. Her return has also provided me with an ample window of opportunity to clear up any anomalous issues in relation to our original September 2013 conversation.

Rebekah’s interviews accurately details that flights – both domestic and international – were severely curtailed in the days following the 9-11 attacks. There were exceptions to the rule, those exceptions being: emergency and military. Rebekah also mentions that there were also two anomalous flights – one, I believe, a Saudi airline jet (which is speculated to have contained the American wing of the Bin Laden family) and an ElAl flight (speculated to have had Israeli passengers on board). My Sister’s comments about flights not being allowed in/out of the US for days relates to commercial/domestic jets only.

Surrey Drives and Following Steps

Come the morning of Sunday 20th December 2015. It had just gone 5am GMT. After listening to both interviews twice, taking meticulous notes and re-reading my Sister’s comments again and again, I retired to bed. I awoke a few hours later, mind still filled with thoughts of everything I had read and absorbed only hours before. Pavarotti blasting from my car’s stereo during a gentle Sunday drive afforded me an opportunity to think away from the glare of the computer monitor. I returned home refreshed and looked over everything again.

One of the motifs that regularly appears in my ‘Messages From‘ series is that one has to be mindful of the wording of one’s questions whilst in conversation with a sibling who is no longer on the end of a ‘phone or able to sit in front of you and converse face-to-face, least not in the most normal of conventions anyway. However, given I have this window of opportunity, I asked my Sister about the Westover AFRB connection. My Sister maintains that she is correct but also emphatically states that Rebekah is correct too. ‘They’ refers to the passengers/crew of the fated flights. THEY were flown offshore but NOT in the American Airlines/United Airlines passenger jets. My error of wording during questioning… I should have been clearer.

You may ask why I’ve mentioned the above. Well, upon first glance, it appeared that the similarities between my Sister’s account and Rebekah’s diligent and methodical groundwork seemed to diverge when it comes to the issue of the final destination of the ‘planes and their loads (e.g., passengers and crews). My Sister states that ‘they’ were flown offshore, landing on US-owned soil on foreign lands, likely one of the US Military’s Atlantic bases, suggesting that one should possibly focus on The Azores Islands base. Rebekah’s research has led her to the Westover American Forces Reserve Base in Massachussetts. You will note that Rebekah mentions in the Bill Ryan interview that she has received a written affidavit from a woman living close to the Westover AFRB stating that she had witnessed the arrival of a passenger jet (a United Airlines flight) coming in to land at the base that very morning – something the woman considered odd, given that Westover AFRB is only operational at the weekend. Rebekah had also received details from a military insider that normal staff had been ‘locked out’ of the base on 11th September 2001.

The drive and the operatic broom brushing the cobwebs out of the canyons of my mind led me to conclude that both women are absolutely right.

Let’s theorise realistically here – one can easily see how such a diversion almost passed by unnoticed. Not many would have questioned why passenger jets that were airborne during the time of the attacks would need to be diverted to the nearest airport/military base for safe landing…

… and given that military jets were given clearance to fly during the ‘shutdown’ following the attacks, no one would think it odd to see, say, a Lockheed C-5 Galaxy leaving a military base, whether it be fully operational or reservist, during that same time period. No one living near Westover AFRB would have thought it strange that, say, a C-5 would leave the base on Saturday 12th September 2001, given that the base was operational at the weekends. A C-5 with a living cargo bound for a permanent vacation in the Atlantic Ocean…?

‘The Base at The Azores’

Whilst I am fully aware of the proliferation of US Military bases around the world, I certainly didn’t even contemplate that one may have been present in The Azores until the day my Sister suggested that one should possibly focus on ‘the base at the Azores‘ as being the final destination of the passengers/crew of those fateful flights.

You may be wondering about ‘the base at The Azores’, the possible final destination? So am I…

Lajes Field or Lajes Air Base (Portuguese: Base Aérea das Lajes), officially designated Air Base No. 4 (Base Aérea Nº 4, BA4) (IATA: TER, ICAO: LPLA), is a multi-use airfield, home to the Portuguese Air Force Base Aérea N º4 and Azores Air Zone Command (Portuguese: Comando da Zona Aérea dos Açores), a United States Air Force detachment unit (operated by the 65th Air Base Group of United States Air Forces in Europe – Air Forces Africa), and a regional air passenger terminal located near Lajes and 15 km (9.3 mi) northeast of Angra do Heroísmo[1] on Terceira Island in the Azores, Portugal. Located about 3,680 km (2,290 mi) east of New York City and about 1,600 km (990 mi) west of Lisbon, Portugal; the base sits in a strategic location midway between North America and Europe in the north Atlantic Ocean.

What goes on there, specifically in relation to US activities….?

Lajes provides support to 15,000 aircraft, including fighters from the US and 20 other allied nations each. The geographic position has made this airbase strategically important to both the United States and NATO’s war fighting capability. In addition, a small commercial aviation terminal handles scheduled and chartered flights from North America and Europe, especially mainland Portugal. It also supervises commercial air traffic with the other islands in the Azorean archipelago and trans-Atlantic refuelling and stopovers for commercial airlines, executive and corporate jets, air cargo haulers, small private aircraft, governmental flights, humanitarian missions, and other flights.
Today, Lajes continues to support transiting aircraft. Beginning in 1997, large scale fighter aircraft movements under the new USAF operating concept known as the Air Expeditionary Force (AEF) filled the Lajes flightline. Lajes also has hosted B-52 Stratofortress and B-1 Lancer bomber aircraft on global air missions, and also supported many routine NATO exercises, such as the biennial Northern Viking exercise. Lajes Field services aircraft from various nations, including Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, India, Israel, Italy, the Netherlands, Pakistan, Poland, Qatar, Russia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and Venezuela.[9] The airfield was an alternative landing site for the NASA Space Shuttle orbiter and also now plays as the number one diversion airport for medical or mechanical emergency diversion situations for all types of aircraft. An annual average of 50 aircraft of all types divert to Lajes as a mid Atlantic safe haven.

Seems to fit the bill rather too comfortably, doesn’t it?

Again, I theorise: would any island resident have blinked at the arrival of another large US Military jet during that strangely silent September weekend just over 14 years ago? Would anyone have even given any thought as to what cargo was onboard those military craft, given that most of the global population with access to radio, televisions or computers would have been glued to those very devices, still reeling in shock from the events that struck New York and Washington DC only hours before?

So. What happens if my Sister is right? What if it transpires that this remote US Military base in the middle of the Atlantic was the possible final destination for the 9-11 passengers and crew…?

The thought of this just makes my skin crawl – nasty, oozing, permeating crawling that irritates one to the point of nausea. And an anger fills me that one cannot begin to describe. I felt haunted knowing what had happened to everybody on 11th September 2001 to begin with but when one contemplates this scenario, my heart breaks.

What these poor, frightened people must have been thinking in the final hours of their lives, how scared, alone and desperate they must have been…

… how betrayed they must have felt when they learned that they – and the rest of the world – were being hoodwinked by those they believed to have been fighting injustice around the world for so long. And how they were now being betrayed by those they believed would keep them safe. Collateral damage in the cesspit of warfare that is global politics.
