About Willow

Willow Andreasson was born in the leafy Home County of Surrey, England during the nascent days of the 1970s.  She is the very proud mother of two amazing daughters and is partner to a fellow new author.

Willow’s professional background was deeply entrenched within the secretarial and administrative fields, working in both the public and private sectors. She credits a teenage viewing of the late Patrick McGoohan’s prescient 1960s televisual masterpiece, The Prisoner with setting her upon her path of learning about the more mysterious undercurrents of the workings of the World.  Forbidden Archaeology author Michael Cremo, esteemed scientist Dr. Jacques Vallee and Coast to Coast AM, Dreamland founder/former host and Dark Matters host Art Bell – along with his considerable array of guests – have greatly inspired Willow over the years.

Willow frequently listens to FreedomSlips Revolution Radio, the inspirational network established by Of Echoes frontman Mike Ringley (aka NnitehawkK). Willow is honoured and delighted to be part of the FreedomSlips family, hosting her own show ‘Willow’s World’ on Mondays (Studio B, 6pm Eastern Time (US), 11pm BST (UK)). She is also one half of the Station’s Host Liaison Team and is also on the Management Team at the Station.

The FreedomSlips Network – funded entirely by listener donations – offers an amazing variety of shows covering a great range of topics, all hosted by an equally amazing variety of hosts. Willow enjoys every single show on the Station but tries not to miss shows presented by her fellow hosts, especially Sean David Morton. She also continues to listen to You Tube archives of former fellow WordPress Blogger, the late and much missed Michael Hemmingson.

Willow has long maintained a strong interest in any topic nestling comfortably under the Paranormal Phenomenon’s parasol.  Bookcase shelves in the Andreasson household lovingly support many books; a special shelf exists for books on The UFO Phenomenon, Ghosts/Hauntings, Life After Death accounts and other material of spiritual and inspirational nature.

Willow has personally experienced paranormal phenomena over the course of her fortysomething life.  The passings of her Grandfather and Younger Sister within months of each other during the mid-1990s set the course for the events that led to the penning of Willow’s first book, ‘A Journey Into The Mysteries of Life: Lessons From The World Beyond: The End of the Beginning’

Willow is currently working on her Open Roundtable and is writing the second book of the ‘Journey’Series, which is covering conversations held with her Sister about the future of arguably the Planet’s greatest political powerhouse, the United States of America. Willow aims to offer suggestions as to why these changes are occurring, why they should be allowed to occur – and that these changes should be embraced, not feared.
